Ramcharan turns as a Ruler!

Few Years Back Boyapati Srinu  Planed to Direct a Film with Cherry as the Hero.The Film Title was Registered as Ruler.However,the Film was not go on Floors.Then After, The Producers of 'Legend' wanted to get the title from KS Ramarao, who is Earlier Registered the title for Ram Charan.But  KS Ramarao Rejected to give the title the Legend Team. 

Now Latest Reports came out that Ram Charan given green signal to Boyapati sreenu for making new film and title may  be confirmed as the 'Ruler'.However, an official Confirmation shall be made by the Producers.
